A high performance, environmentally friendly (VOC content below 100 gms/liter), polyurethane acrylic latex concrete floor paint designed to resist “hot tire pick-up” and scuffing common to concrete garage floors, driveways, porches and patios. This finish is extremely resistant to chemicals, water, oil and gasoline. It is ideal for use on concrete, masonry, stucco, cinder block and brick, etc. The durable finish resists cracking, fading, marring, peeling and blistering. It may also be used on wood surfaces for a durable protective finish. This paint is excellent for use on concrete patios and cement floors, where a tough abrasion resistant finish is required that is resistant to water, oils, detergents, grease or gasoline. It can be applied to new or previously painted surfaces without priming. Adheres to surfaces coated with latex or oil based alkyd paint. The lower sheen finish reduces slipping.
