7000 Is a good quality and economical primer sealer. It seals and primes cured plaster and wall board, tape joints, cement blocks, concrete blocks, etc. It is suitable for bare plaster, new dry-wall and masonry. It is also recommended for the sealing of walls and ceilings previously painted with inexpensive, porous flat wall paints.
